I am the Creative Director for "The Qu[ear] Podcast". The podcast name is a mixture of the word "Queer" and the word "ear"—the podcast is for the LGBTQ community. I wanted the logo to include rainbow colors, but did not want it to be the main focus. The rainbow glow behind the ear is subtle enough to get the point across. The colors mix together, symbolizing the acceptance of many different identities. The logomark is the ear symbol, and I have included a design variation for stickers to promote the podcast.
